My Space
A Safe, Supportive Space for Emotional Healing
Choosing therapy is a deeply personal decision. Many people begin counselling because something no longer feels manageable, persistent anxiety, unresolved trauma, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, work-related stress, intrusive memories or a sense of being stuck. This type of talking therapy can help you explore thoughts and feelings with a therapist who understands the emotional weight you may be carrying.
Others seek emotional support when life transitions feel too heavy to carry alone.
No matter what brings you here, you are welcome.
As a fully qualified therapist in Essex, I offer a warm, grounded presence where you can speak openly, reflect, process and breathe again. Every session is confidential and paced gently, so you never feel rushed or overwhelmed. The work we do together is always centred around your wellbeing, your story and your needs.
My Services
Clinical Counselling & Psychotherapy in Essex
Psychotherapy provides a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings and understand how past experiences shape the present. Together we can work through anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and emotional overwhelm, supporting people who have experienced relationship problems or childhood challenges that affect well-being. This work forms the foundation for deeper healing and personal growth.
Psychotherapy & EMDR
Many people seeking trauma therapy (face-to-face or online) feel stuck in past events that continue to affect their daily lives. EMDR or Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing, gently supports the brain to process traumatic memories so they no longer trigger the same emotional or physical responses. This can be particularly helpful for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD) and other responses that emerge when traumatic events occurred in the past but continue to impact the present
Reiki & Past Life Regression
Reiki supports emotional balance, deep relaxation and energetic wellbeing in a non-invasive method used in the treatment of stress and to aid relaxation.
Past Life Regression can help uncover emotional roots, patterns or blocks held at a deeper level. This work can feel grounding, insightful and gently restorative and can support people who have experienced emotional challenges that feel difficult to understand fully.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a gentle but effective approach for changing unhelpful patterns, habits and limiting beliefs. Clients come to hypnotherapy for anxiety, confidence, weight loss, stress, smoking cessation, phobias and emotional blocks. It is a therapy used to treat a wide range of concerns related to long-term habits, self-esteem and emotional imbalance.
